DAY
1. NAIROBI
On arrival meet and assist at Jomo Kenyatta International
airport. Transfer to Intercontinental Hotel for overnight.
Booked on Bed and breakfast basis at Intercontinental Hotel.
DAY
2. SAMBURU
NATIONAL
0700 Hrs. Pick from Nairobi hotel and drive to Samburu National
reserve. (360 Kms). Arrive in time for lunch.
1600 Hrs. Have an afternoon game drive in the reserve.
Samburu is home to large herds of elephants and the big five. It is
also well known for providing the opportunity to see wildlife that only
lives in the dry north of Kenya. It is the only place you
might be able to see a gerenuk - an od yet distinguished gazelle with a
long neck,
which stands on its hind legs to feed. Dinner and overnight
at Samburu Lodge (B / L / D)
DAY
3. SAMBURU
NATIONAL
0630 Hrs. Have an early morning game drive in the park.
0900 Hrs. Late breakfast and relax at leisure.
{Mid day optional (not included) Visit to Masai village}
Lunch will be provided and later in the afternoon game drive in the
park.

DAY
4. ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK
0900 Hrs. After breakfast check out and drive to Aberdares National
park. (220 Kms)
Aberdares park has vast land indigenous forest. At the moment
it is protected from encroaching farmland by an electric
fence. Aberdares
was used by Mau Mau in the late 1950s has hideout during the
struggle for indecency.
Arrive in time for lunch at Aberdares Country Club. Lunch and
later transfer to The Ark (children under 7 yrs not permitted, light
bags only)
overlooking a waterhole and salt lick where the 'Big Five' occasionally
gather for an exhilarating night of wild encounters. The Ark comprises
three decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide superb
vantage points for game viewing.

DAY
5. LAKE
NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, Check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National
park. (215 Kms). The park is famous as it is the home to
thousands of greater
and lesser flamingo. The park also provides sanctuary for
Rothschild giraffe, rhino and leopard. Arrive for lunch at Nakuru.
Lunch and afternoon
game drive in the park till evening. Dinner and overnight at
Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. (B / L / D).
DAY
6. MASAI MARA
After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering
wonderful scenery and plenty of game. (315 Kms). It is
perhaps the only
region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the
same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Arrive in time
for lunch at your
Lodge. Lunch and relax at Leisure. Later in the evening game drive will
be provided in the reserve.
Dinner and overnight at Mara Sarova Tented Camp. (B / L / D)

7. MASAI MARA

8. MASAI
MARA NAIROBI ZANZIBAR
Breakfast is at your lodge, depart and drive back to Nairobi.
Lunch will be offered and later transfer to Jomokenyatta International
airport
for your onward flight to Zanzibar. On arrival Zanzibar transfer to
Ocean Paradise Hotel. Booked on Half board at Zanzibar.
Dinner and overnight at Ocean Paradise Beach resort. (B / L/D)
DAY 9 -
11. ZANZIBAR
Enjoy the beautiful beach of Zanzibar. Booked on 2 meals a day.

After breakfast, transfer to Zanzibar airport for your flight to
Nairobi. On arrival Nairobi, connect to your onward International

Samburu Lodge is located on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River in the Samburu National Park, in Kenya.


The rooms are comfortably
furnished, and constructed from natural local materials, thereby
keeping in harmony with the surrounding environment.

The Ark provides a buzzer alarm
in each cabin which is sounded by the game-spotter on duty to alert you
when an interesting animal appears, or when something unusual happens.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, the buzzer can be turned off.

Sarova
mara game camp is set on an elevation bordered by 2 streams and hidden
amidst beautifully laid out gardens with manicured lawns, trees and
exotic flowers.

Ocean Paradise Resort is set within 6.5 acres of colourful gardens and
an extensive natural palm grove, which leads to a white sandy beach and
the azure Indian Ocean.
